Kelli Adame
Chief Executive Organizer (CEO)
Kelli Adame is a life-long organizer who discovered a way to marry her passion for organizing with her entrepreneurial spirit by creating services that help people live better.
A graduate of Santa Clara University, Kelli holds a BS in Psychology with an emphasis in business and organizational development, an educational background that has served her well. Kelli has extensive professional experience in human resources and staffing, as well as non-profit development
Along the way, Kelli was encouraged by friends and family to create her own organizing company. As the demand for her services grew, Kelli transitioned to professional organizing full-time through her company Adame Organization. Since 2002, Kelli has completed countless projects for individuals and small businesses. She is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), certified facilitator of Letting Go Lightening Up workshops and Freedom Filier.
An engaging, compassionate woman, Kelli has spent the last decade committed to her own personal development and growth. She sees her role as professional organizer as a means to empower others so that they may live better, more satisfying and productive lives.
Sandi Adame
Chief Redesign Organizer (CRO)
Sandi Adame was a happy, recently retired professional, content to work in her garden and tackle pilates, until her daughter Kelli convinced her to join the workforce again – this time as part of a daughter-mother professional organizing team!
Sandi earned her BA in Organizational Psychology at San Diego State University, and spent 35 years employment with the Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA), where she successfully managed operations directly handling client/customer experiences, strategic organizational programs and policies, and was responsible for multi-state enterprise while directing staff of over 30 employees in California, Texas, New Mexico and Hawaii.
Sandi brings a keen eye for design, a positive attitude, and a nose for bargains when it comes to organizing and home decor.
Hillary Lambrecht
Professional Organizer (PO)
Upon turning forty last year, Hillary has decided to leave her job as a Students Accounts Administrator, in the educational field, to follow her dream of becoming a professional organizer.
Hillary attended Canada College in Redwood City for three years studying Interior Design. Because of this education, her skills also extend into helping others in space planning, furniture placement and choosing color schemes.
Since childhood, Hillary always had the organizing “bug”. From helping the mothers of her friends organize their shoes and purses, to alphabetically organizing their spice racks! Now a wife and mother herself, Hillary continues to assists her friends and family in finding peace of mind through organizing their living spaces.
Anne Marie Strohbeck
Intern Extraordinaire
Anne Marie is a senior at San Diego State University, majoring in Journalism/Media Studies with an emphasis in advertising and minor in art. After graduating this summer, she hopes to earn an MFA in Advertising at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco.
Anne Marie has been involved in many organizations including being Vice President of Membership and Recruitment in Sigma Kappa sorority at SDSU, Social Chair for the SDSU Advertising Club, as well as being an intern for Quiet Hero clothing and Campus Brand Representative for American Rag, a Macy’s clothing brand.
Anne Marie enjoys putting her creative background, passion for art and people to work, helping to further AO’s advertising and marketing objectives.
